LearnCast is a relatively new arrival on the mobile learning scene. At first glance this appears to be a pretty useful tool for developing mobile learning solutions. The interface is very easy to use and it supports all types of documents and media including PDF files, video and audio files. Developed modules can be made public or private and once developed can even be sold to the public. Modules are pushed to users via several methods including email links, SMS texts and is iPod/Droid compatible. Download the free app and check out some of the courses that have been put on there. It is quite minimal right now but should start getting some attention in the near future.
